One terrace provides private space for Group M employees and the other communal outdoor space for the other building tenants. Both terraces are shielded from wind downdrafts by wind abatement canopies that also provide for human scale at the base of the tower. Both terraces are framed by hedges and meadow plantings. The Group M terrace has a raised wood deck, built-in and movable seating. The Silverstein communal terrace is designed a flexible space with a reconfigurable family of modular seating elements.
